We are located at Unit No 210 in the Kothari Industrial Estate. It’s right on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. It’s a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers moving around outside. Our unit is a mix of an office and a workshop. There is usually a bit of dust in the air and the sound of someone building something in the background. We aren’t the kind of people who wear suits. Most of us are in old clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. It’s a practical space. We have some desks for the computer work, but a lot of the action happens on the floor. The estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts and the best places to get a quick snack. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate posters on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes scribbled on scraps of paper. Sometimes it gets loud when the other units are busy. We just get used to it. We drink way too much coffee and stay late when we have to. It’s honest work. We don’t pretend to be some huge corporation. We’re just a bunch of people in Bhandup making sure things get done right. It’s messy and it’s loud, but it’s our space and we’re used to the rhythm of it by now.
