You’ll find Finster Carbon Pvt Ltd tucked away in the New Era Mills Compound. It’s over on Mogul Lane, right by Matunga Road East. It’s one of those old Mumbai industrial spots where space is tight and everyone knows their neighbors. We deal with carbon products, which means things can get a bit dusty sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and old files. We’ve been in this compound for a while now. Most of us take the train to Matunga Road and walk over. It’s a short walk, though the lane gets crowded with carts and delivery bikes. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the orders we get. Some days are slow, others we’re running around trying to fix a machine or find a missing invoice. It’s honest work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority when there’s work to be done. We have a small tea stall nearby where we all go for breaks. That’s where most of the actual talking happens. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we have the stock, we send it. If we don't, we tell you. That’s just how it is here.
