Fine Food

Fine Food is located in Office No-215 within the Unique Industrial Estate. It is inside the Bombay Dyeing Compound in Mulund West, which is a pretty well-known spot. Getting here can be a bit of a hassle because of the traffic on Twin Towers Lane, but once you are inside the compound, it’s a different world. Our office is up on the second floor. It is a functional space where we manage our food business. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and charts for our delivery schedules. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the quality of the batches coming in. Being in Mulund West means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps with getting things moved around quickly. The building itself is older, with heavy doors and hallways that always seem to have someone rushing through them. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes test out new samples. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s a place where people work hard and things get a bit disorganized when we are busy. We focus on the food and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a practical way to run things, and we like being part of the bustle in the Unique Industrial Estate. Every day brings a new set of small problems to solve and lists to check off.
