We are based at 314, Phase-II in the GIDC area of Vatva. If you have ever been to Vatva, you know it is all about industry and getting things built. Fincast Founders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of the shops and factories around here. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we do our engineering and foundry work. It gets loud and it gets hot, especially when the machinery is running full tilt. We have a crew of guys who know their way around a furnace and a mold. It's not a clean office job. We go home with dirt on our clothes and grease on our hands most days. That’s just the nature of what we do at Phase-II. The logistics of being in GIDC make sense for us because everything we need is close by. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure the casts come out right. Sometimes things don't go perfectly on the first try, so we have to adjust and try again. That’s just how engineering goes. We don't have much time for small talk or corporate meetings. We just look at the drawings, set up the equipment, and get the job done. It's a busy atmosphere with trucks coming and going all the time. We've been here long enough that the noise is just background music to us now. It's just a normal day at the shop.
