Figuratively Speaking

We've been at Flat No 1 in the Henry House Building for a while now. Bandra West is a busy place, but our spot is relatively quiet. Figuratively Speaking is basically just a few of us working together. We handle a lot of different things day to day. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. We try to keep things moving. Most mornings start with someone forgetting their keys or the kettle taking too long to boil. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you'll see we're just regular people trying to get the job done. Sometimes we stay late because the work piles up. Other times, we're out early if it’s a slow Friday. It's a small operation. We know the neighbors and the guy who delivers the mail. It feels like home after all these years. We don't really do big meetings with slide decks. We usually just talk over the desks. It works for us. We’ve had some busy months where we barely had time to eat lunch away from the computers. But we like the pace of Bandra. There's always something happening outside. If you're looking for us, look for the old building near the corner. We're on the ground floor. It's nothing fancy, just a workspace where things actually happen. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs. It’s just us.
