Ficci Mumbai

You’ll find us at 33/B in the Krisnamai Building on Pochakanwala Road. It’s in Worli, but it’s not right on the main road, so it’s a tiny bit quieter than you’d expect for this part of Mumbai. The building is a regular one, the kind you see all over the city. Our office is functional above everything else. We have desks for everyone and a couple of rooms where we can sit down for meetings. There’s no big sign outside or a fancy entrance. We spend our days dealing with a lot of administrative work and talking to people from different business sectors. It’s often quite busy, with people coming in for various programs or to drop off paperwork. The office isn't perfectly tidy; there are always files and charts everywhere because we have so many things going on at once. We don't use any fancy marketing talk about what we do. We just provide a space for these business interactions to happen. Getting here can be a hassle because of the Worli traffic, so we usually just stay put once we arrive in the morning. Lunch is often a sandwich at the desk or something quick from a nearby place. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the office has that lived-in feel. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day without much fuss.
