FERRING PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD. is located over in Powai, in the Hiranandani Gardens area. We occupy units 403 and 404 in the Sigma building on Technology Street. It’s a very different vibe compared to other parts of Mumbai, with the wide roads and all the greenery around Central Avenue. Even so, our office is just a place of work like any other. We have our desks set up, our computers running, and a kitchen area where we all congregate for coffee. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. The work here is steady. We handle a lot of technical details, and it requires a fair bit of concentration. We aren't really interested in the typical corporate talk you might expect from a company in a place like Powai. We prefer to keep our communication direct and simple. Most of us commute from different parts of the city, so the office is our central meeting point. It’s a professional environment, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. There’s usually some banter going on between the workstations. We just want to get through our tasks and make sure the pharmaceutical side of things is handled properly. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed but productive without any extra fluff.
