Farhad Mogal

I’m Farhad Mogal, and you can find me at 501-A on S V Road. This place has been my base for a long time now. S V Road is always moving, always loud, and there is always something happening right outside the door. My office isn't anything special to look at. It has a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of personal items I’ve gathered over the years. I spend most of my day here, either on the phone or meeting people who stop by. Being at 501-A means I’m right in the middle of the action. It can be a bit draining with the traffic noise sometimes, but I like being where the people are. I don’t have a big staff or a corporate structure. It’s mostly just me and a bit of help when I need it. I like to keep things direct. If someone comes in, we sit down and talk. There’s no script or professional pitch. I just tell them what I can do and we go from there. Some days the rain makes the road a mess and nobody comes in, so I just catch up on my reading or filing. Other days it’s non-stop. That is just how life goes on S V Road. It’s a practical way to live and work, and it suits me fine. I have been around this area for so long that I know every shop and every face. It is just about being here and keeping at it.
