Farfidell Chocolate

Farfidell Chocolate is located up on the 32nd floor of a building in Goregaon East, specifically Flat No 3204. It's a bit of a different spot for a chocolate business, being so high up near Fort, Main Road. We don't have a storefront where you can walk in off the street. Instead, we do most of our work in our dedicated space up here. It’s quiet and we have a good view, though we’re usually too busy with the tempering and the molds to look out the window much. We handle everything ourselves, from the initial melting to the final wrapping. It's a lot of manual work and it requires a bit of patience. Being in a residential or office-type tower means we have to be organized with our deliveries and how we get supplies up and down the elevators. We don't do big fancy events or have a showroom. Most of our interactions happen over the phone or through messages when people want to order a box. It’s a small-scale thing, and we like it that way because we can see every piece that goes out. We don’t use industrial machines, just the tools you’d find in a serious kitchen. It’s just us, some ingredients we buy, and a lot of hours spent getting the texture right. We take it one day at a time here in Goregaon. There isn't much more to tell about it.
