Sapphire Court isn't that hard to find if you know where Apna Bazar is in Andheri West. We’ve been here at 102 for a good while now. The building is on Azad Nagar, just off J.P. Road. It gets pretty noisy outside because of the traffic, but we’ve mostly stopped noticing it. Most days, our office is just a mess of paperwork and boxes for the next dental event we’re organizing. We don't have any fancy decor or a big reception desk. It’s just a place where we sit and work on our computers and talk on the phone all day. Sometimes the monsoon makes the walls a bit damp, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. There are plenty of places nearby to get a quick vada pav or some tea when we need a break from the screen. We tell people to look for the bazar first because Azad Nagar can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers. It’s a practical spot for us to handle all the logistics. We spend a lot of time double-checking schedules and making sure the speakers are set. It isn't glamorous work, just a lot of coordinating and making sure people show up. We’ve grown used to the hum of the air conditioner and the sounds of the street below. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, one event at a time. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s ours.
