Fabyan Textile (Opc) Private Limited is located in Andheri East, right in the MIDC area. We are at 1 P & S Corporate House on Road No 1. Most people know the area because it's near the Tunga Vihar Restaurant. Being in Mumbai, and especially in Andheri, means there is always a lot of noise and movement. We are just one of many businesses in this industrial zone. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for our textile operations. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and dealing with different fabrics. It’s a lot of physical work, moving rolls of cloth around and checking for any flaws in the weave. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. The office part is mostly just for the billing and the occasional meeting. We’ve been here long enough to know the local tea stall guys and the other people working on Road No 1. It’s a busy life. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a real struggle with all the water on the roads, but we show up anyway. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are just a small outfit trying to keep up with the demand. Every day there is something new to sort out, whether it is a shipping delay or a machine that needs a bit of oil. We just take it as it comes and get it done.
