Eye Event

Eye Event is located in Ghatkopar East at B 8, Ratan Palace, within Garodia Nagar. This is a residential area, so our office has a very local, neighborly feel to it. We aren't a big agency with a glass-fronted office; we are just working out of a regular building where people know each other. Most of our work involves planning local events, maybe a birthday party or a small community gathering. We have a lot of notebooks filled with sketches and ideas for decorations. Our days are spent calling up decorators, light men, and sound technicians to make sure everyone is on the same page for the next booking. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes we have to scramble to find a replacement if someone cancels at the last minute. That’s just the nature of the event business. We like being in Ghatkopar because it is where we live and where most of our clients are. We don't do any flashy advertising. Usually, someone just rings our bell because a neighbor told them we could help with their function. We talk to them over a cup of chai and figure out what they need. It is a very simple way of working. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the local parties we handle go off without any major disasters. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
