You can find Expo India Exhibition Pvt Ltd at No-9, Islam Building. We are on the first floor, right across from the Akbarallys showroom in the Fountain area. Being in this part of town means we are right in the middle of all the bustle. Our office feels like a typical old Mumbai workspace with high ceilings and a lot of wooden desks. We mostly work on organizing exhibitions and trade fairs. It involves a lot of technical drawings and lists of exhibitors. Our days are filled with emails and phone calls to contractors and people looking for stall space. It’s not a very quiet office; there is usually someone talking loudly or a printer running in the background. We have been in this building for quite a while, so we have a routine that works for us. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to put a large show together. The logistics can be a real headache, especially when you are dealing with hundreds of different vendors all trying to move their stuff in at once. We’ve learned to stay calm when things get chaotic. We just take it one step at a time until the doors open and the visitors start coming in. It is a lot of work for a few days of exhibition, but that is the business.
