Exoterra Adventure & Leisure Drive

Our office is in Bharti Bhavan, room 211/19. It is on P D Mello Road in the Fort area, right opposite the GPO. If you have been to Fort, you know it is full of old buildings and lots of history. Our building is one of those classic ones. It has character, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow. We started Exoterra because we like travel and being outdoors. It is not a massive company. It is just a few of us who enjoy planning trips and adventure drives. We do not spend much on advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or just walk in because they saw the name. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking routes. It is not always exciting; there is a lot of boring admin work involved in planning a leisure drive. We try to keep things realistic for our clients. No over-the-top promises about life-changing experiences. We just want to help people get out of the city for a bit. The traffic on P D Mello Road is almost always heavy, so the sounds of the street are always there. We like the vibe of South Mumbai though. It feels like the heart of the city. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the logistics are sorted. It is a straightforward business.
