Exhibitions India Group

Our office is located at A/604 Pinewood, in the Prestige Residency on G B Road. That’s in Thane, which is a great place to be if you don’t mind the commute. We are the Exhibitions India Group. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of phone calls and even more spreadsheets. Organizing an exhibition is a massive task that starts months before anyone sees a booth. We coordinate with builders, electricians, and all sorts of exhibitors. It can get pretty chaotic when the date gets close. We aren't into that whole polished corporate vibe. Our office is a place where real work happens, which means it’s usually a bit messy with floor plans and sample materials. We’ve been in the industry for years, so we’ve seen pretty much every problem you can imagine. We don't talk about being the best; we just focus on making sure the lights turn on and the stalls are standing when the doors open. G B Road is always busy, and so are we. We have a small team that has worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how to get things moving when time is short. It’s a lot of pressure, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one show at a time and hope for the best. It’s not always pretty, but the exhibitions always seem to come together in the end.
