Excel Courier Services runs out of room 302 in Tony Compound. We are tucked away in the Sindhi Market area, specifically inside the Sheeba Apartment. If you're looking for us, we're not too far from the old Chakala Cigarette Factory, which is a big landmark around here. Our office is usually full of envelopes, boxes, and people coming in and out in a hurry. Being a courier means you're always watching the clock. We spend our time sorting through deliveries and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Panchkuva is a very busy area, so there's always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. We’re just regular folks trying to get packages from one place to another without too much fuss. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes our job really difficult, but we do what we can. The office is small and we’ve got desks piled high with paperwork. We don't use any fancy tracking tech that costs a fortune; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way and talk to our people. It’s a lot of legwork.
