Eventalio

We are located inside Raghuleela Mall, Shop Number 222 on the ground floor. It’s right off SV Road near the Poisar Bus Depot in Kandivili West. Having a shop in a mall means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s a bit different from a regular office since we have to follow mall hours and deal with the crowds on weekends. We started Eventalio because we wanted to be in the middle of everything. We handle all sorts of event planning tasks from this small space. It gets a bit noisy with the mall music and shoppers, but it keeps us on our toes. We aren't a big corporate team; we are just a few locals who know the area well. Our shop is filled with samples, catalogs, and a few chairs for when we need to sit down and figure out a budget. We don't have a polished marketing speech. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. Usually, we are out at different venues, so the shop is our home base for meetings and organizing. Kandivili is a busy place, and being near the bus depot makes it easy for our staff to get here. We like the practical side of things, like making sure the banners are straight and the food arrives on time. It’s simple work that takes a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late after the mall closes to finish up.
