Event Solutions

Event Solutions is tucked away in the Raghuvanshi Mills Compound over in Lower Parel. If you’ve been to Senapati Bapat Marg, you know how hectic it gets around here. Our unit is CS/107. It’s an old mill area, so the buildings have that thick-walled, sturdy feel to them. We like being here because there’s so much creative energy in the compound, even if the parking is a total headache. We handle events, which mostly means we spend our time on logistics and making sure nobody forgets the small details. It's a lot of heavy lifting and running around. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with cables, boxes, and printed schedules lying around. We aren't interested in looking like a polished agency with glass walls. We’d rather just focus on the work at hand. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on venues across the city. Lower Parel is central, so it helps us get around, though the monsoons make the roads here pretty tough. We are just a handful of people who know how to put things together. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just show up, do the planning, and make sure things run without a hitch. It's a practical business run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty when a project needs it. We keep a stash of umbrellas by the door for the walks to the main gate.
