Event Management

You can find our Event Management office over in Bandra West, specifically in Palli Village on 16th Road. We’re at number 36. Bandra is a lively place, and being in the village part of it means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and neighbors chatting outside. Our space isn't very large, but it’s where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles and laptops, trying to get things lined up for the next job. It’s not always glamorous work, despite what people think about events. There’s a lot of hauling stuff around and dealing with delays. We keep a pretty casual atmosphere here. You might see a few of us sitting around a table with a mess of papers and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that because we’re often on the move. Living and working in Bandra means we are right in the middle of things, which helps. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get through the checklist and make sure nothing gets forgotten. It's a lot of lists and phone calls, day in and day out. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines approach, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of it over the years. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with old houses and new shops all mixed together. Sometimes we hear the neighbor's radio playing while we're working.
