We are located on the ground floor of Natasha Tower, in Shop Number 8. That’s over in Sector 17, right across from the NMMC Hospital. It’s a very busy area because of the hospital being right there, so there are always people around. We also have a presence near Tata Hospital on Jerabai Wadia Marg. We mainly deal with pharmaceutical supplies, which makes sense given where we are located. The shop is small but we use every bit of the ground floor space to keep things organized. It gets a bit hectic sometimes with deliveries coming in and out, especially with the hospital traffic nearby. We don’t have any fancy displays, just shelves and boxes of what people need. Our staff is just a few people who have been with us for a while. We know the doctors and the hospital staff who come by regularly to check on what supplies we have in stock. It’s not a glamorous job, just making sure the right medicines are available when they’re needed. Sometimes the parking around here is a nightmare, but we manage somehow. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and have become a regular fixture in the sector. We just show up, do the work, and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a lot of long hours, but we like being right in the middle of all the activity.
