We’re Erm E Services. To be honest, we don't have a standard shop address like most places you’d visit in Mumbai. We mostly work on the move or from wherever the job takes us. It’s a bit of a different way to run a business, but it works for what we do. We handle various services and we’ve been at it for some time now. Even though we are a private limited company on paper, we are really just regular folks. We don't have a big office with a receptionist and fancy chairs. Usually, we're out meeting people or handling things on-site. It makes us more flexible, I guess. We keep our tools and paperwork where we can. It’s not about having a flashy building on a main road. We focus more on getting the work finished. Sometimes it's hard to explain to people who want to visit us, but we usually just meet at a local cafe or at their place. We've been doing this for a while and have built up a way of working that doesn't need a fixed spot. It keeps our costs down too, which is nice. We are just practical people trying to provide a service without all the extra fluff. We answer the phone when it rings and we show up when we're supposed to. That's really all there is to it. No big mystery or corporate talk, just a different way of operating every day.
