Erica Pharma Pvt Ltd is based over at 335, Master Mind, within the Royal Palms Estate in Goregaon East. It is a bit of a journey to get here because the estate is quite large and has plenty of trees and winding paths. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the records we have to keep. We aren't a huge corporation with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can focus on the pharma business. The area around Master Mind is actually quite nice because it is quieter than the rest of the city. We appreciate that when we have a lot of paperwork to get through. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit when it rains hard, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. We know each other well and we know how the business runs. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. People find out about us through the work we do. We just keep things moving along steadily. It is a regular job in a quiet part of Goregaon, and we are happy enough with how things are going. The day starts at nine and ends when the list is finished, usually around six in the evening.
