Our place is over in Dahisar, specifically in Nirmala Sadan Apartment. We are up on the sixth floor in A/601. It’s tucked away in the Kandarpada area, which is a bit quieter than the main highway side. If you’re looking for us, telling the rickshaw driver it’s near Pramila Nagar usually helps them figure out where to go. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like a home office type of vibe. We have some neighbors who have lived here for decades, so there is always someone chatting in the lobby or near the elevators. Sometimes the lift takes a bit of time, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work or school. From our windows, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding rooftops and a little bit of greenery if you look the right way. It’s not a huge corporate space with cubicles and bright fluorescent lights. It’s just where we sit and handle everything. We’ve got our desks set up and some old files stacked in the corner. Being in Dahisar means we are a bit far from the city center, but we like the pace here. It’s less frantic than places like Andheri or Dadar. We just show up every morning, make some tea, and get to it. It’s a decent spot for what we do and we’ve been here long enough that it feels right.
