We’re set up in Poonam Gardens, right across from VIT College in the Bibwewadi area of Pune. Our office is C-506. Being so close to a college means there are always a lot of students around, which keeps the energy up in the neighborhood. We work on events, so things can get pretty chaotic at times. The office is often filled with boxes of equipment, banners, and random supplies for whatever show is coming up next. It’s a bit of a climb to the fifth floor if the lift is being slow, which happens more often than we’d like. The view from the window is mostly of the other buildings in the society and the street below. We’ve been in Bibwewadi for a while now and we like the location. It’s easy enough for our team to get to, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick Vada Pav when we’re too busy to have a proper meal. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small, dedicated group of us trying to make sure every event goes off without a hitch. Sometimes we stay overnight to finish planning, and the office ends up looking like a camp. It’s hard work, and we don't always get it perfect, but we try our best. It’s a real, local business and we’re happy to be part of the community here. Most days are long, but we just get on with it.
