Encompass Events Pvt Ltd is based in Andheri, over at B-1 Vaibhav in Daulatrao Desai Nagar. It’s right in the Four Bungalows area, which is pretty much the center of everything in this part of town. Our office isn't some massive corporate complex. It’s a grounded space in a regular building. Working in events means our schedule is never really the same from one day to the next. Some days we are barely in the office because we’re out at sites, and other days we are stuck here doing paperwork and making calls until late at night. The neighborhood is always buzzing, so there’s plenty of noise from the street, but you get used to it. We’ve been in this Vaibhav building for a while now. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for people to find, even if the traffic in Andheri is usually a mess. We don't use any of that fancy marketing talk about vision or missions. We just focus on the practical side of putting events together and making sure things don't go wrong. It’s a lot of coordination and dealing with different people constantly. The office is a bit messy with props and files everywhere, but that’s just how we work. It’s a real place where real work happens, without any of the extra fluff you see in big agencies.
