Empire Shoes & Bags

Empire Shoes & Bags is located in the Byculla Service Industries. We are on the ground floor, specifically in unit A-14. Our street is Dadoji Konddev Cross Road. Byculla is an old and historic part of the city, and it has a very specific character that you do not find elsewhere. There are lots of small industries and workshops scattered all around here. We are located near Ajay Palace, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the right turn. The ground floor spot is very good for us because we have to deal with a lot of heavy boxes filled with shoes and bags. It is a dusty area with a lot of big trucks moving through the narrow roads all day. Inside unit A-14, it is mostly storage and a small counter where we talk to customers. We do not have any fancy displays or bright neon lights. It is just a practical space for working. The air in Byculla always feels thick with the smell of old buildings and the work going on nearby. We have been here for a long time and we know most of the other shop owners on this road. It is a hardworking neighborhood for sure. We do not have a team of people writing slogans for us. We just sell our shoes and bags to whoever comes by the door. Some days are slow, and some days we are busy moving stock. That is just how it goes in a service industry estate like this one.
