Elder Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of Plot No. C-9 in the Dalia Industrial Estate. If you know Veera Desai Road, you know how busy it gets around here with all the offices and small factories. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We spend most of our time inside the office handling the pharmaceutical side of things. The industrial estate has a lot of movement throughout the day with trucks and people coming and going. Our spot is just one of many in this row, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. The office itself is pretty functional. We don't have a big reception or anything like that because we are mostly focused on the back-end tasks. Lunchtime is usually when everyone heads out to the local stalls nearby. Sometimes the traffic on Veera Desai Road makes it hard for deliveries to get in on time, but we just plan around it. It’s a lot of paperwork and coordinating between different people. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It is a straightforward business setup. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we started here, with more buildings going up every year. It keeps us on our toes. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we know the routine inside out.
