Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited

Our office is over in Andheri West, tucked into the Dalia Industrial Estate on the New Link Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially near Zad Nagar. We spend a good portion of our morning just getting into the building at Elder House. Once we’re inside, it’s all about the daily grind of the pharma business. C-9 is where we keep our files and handle the administrative side of things. It’s a busy building with a lot of other companies around, so there’s always a lot of noise and people moving through the hallways. We have our desks set up and we spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we take the stairs, which is quite a bit of exercise for us. We don’t really have a lot of fancy decorations or anything; it’s just a place to get work done. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby or bring something from home and eat while talking about the weekend. The New Link Road is always changing, with new shops opening up, but our work stays pretty consistent. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Andheri. It’s a crowded area, but it keeps us on our toes and ensures there’s never a dull moment during the workday for anyone.
