We are located at A/104 in the Riddhi-Siddhi CHS, which is part of the Saptershi Sankul in Dahisar East. This is up in the northern part of Mumbai, away from the main hubbub of the downtown area. Eclerx Services Pvt. Ltd. operates from this spot, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have our desks, our computers, and the usual office supplies scattered around. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a big business district. We handle a lot of service-related tasks here, mostly data and support stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front or a valet. You just walk up to the building and find us there. Sometimes the lift in the society is a bit moody, so we take the stairs. The office itself is functional and we’ve been here long enough that the local chai wallah knows our usual orders. We deal with a lot of numbers and technical details throughout the day. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit repetitive sometimes. We just focus on getting through the tasks assigned to us for the day. Living and working in Dahisar means we avoid some of the worst traffic, which is a plus for us. We are just a bunch of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Mumbai. There is not much else to say.
