We are up on the third floor of Rajshree Plaza in Ghatkopar West. It’s right across from Shreyas Cinema, so everyone knows the spot. L B S Marg is always noisy with cars and people. Our office handles travel stuff and money exchange. It’s a practical kind of place. We have counters and a few chairs for people to wait. It gets crowded on Monday mornings. We deal with passports, tickets, and different kinds of cash. It’s a lot of detail work. You have to be careful with the numbers. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just us here trying to help people get where they’re going. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop. We try to answer everyone. The office has a view of the street, which is nice when things are slow. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Shreyas Cinema is a landmark for us. Most of our regulars live nearby. They just drop in when they need something for a trip. We keep the paperwork in big cupboards. It’s an honest living. We don't have fancy decorations. Just a clock on the wall and some maps. We focus on the exchange rates and the booking dates. It keeps us busy enough. We just open up the office, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It is what it is, and we like the routine we have built here over the years.
