Dreamworks Unlimited

Our place is number 29 in the Virwani Industrial Estate, right along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving, with trucks coming in and out and people constantly on the go. Dreamworks Unlimited has been operating from this unit for a while now. It’s a practical space, very much an industrial unit rather than a fancy office. We have high ceilings and enough room to store whatever we need for our work. The highway is right there, so the noise is constant, but it makes logistics a lot easier. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby to impress people. People come here because they know we get the work done. The estate has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. It’s not the most glamorous location, but it’s functional and that’s what matters to us. We spend our days dealing with various projects, and our team is just a group of regular people who know how to work hard. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We just open up the shutters in the morning and get to work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Mumbai. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We just stick to our tasks and keep things moving forward.
