Document Express

We've been at Gala No 19 in the Kermani Building for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Kasturba Hospital. It’s a busy spot in Madhava Nagar. We handle lots of paper stuff every day. Some days the machines run non-stop and other days it's just regular walk-ins needing a few copies or prints. It gets a bit crowded in here when the weather is hot, but we keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We started small and stayed that way, which works for us. Usually, you’ll find one of us behind the counter sorting through files or fixing a paper jam. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs. It's just a practical space where we get the job done. If you're coming from the hospital side, we're easy to find. We try to be quick because everyone is always in a hurry. Sometimes the internet is slow or a printer acts up, but that’s just how it goes. People bring us all sorts of documents to take care of. We know our regulars by name now. It’s a simple setup. We open early and stay until the work is finished. Nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on the piles of paper on the desk. The traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but inside we just keep busy with the folders and staplers. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages.
