Dj Vicky

I work out of Room 103 in the BMC Building on Sadanand Road. It’s in Vile Parle East, quite close to the Akruti Building which everyone in the area knows. The building is a typical government-style place, so it’s not very pretty to look at from the outside. Inside, my room is where I keep everything for Dj Vicky. I’ve got my speakers stacked against one wall and my light rigs tucked away in the corner. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy for people to find, and the train station isn't too far away if I need to travel. The room is a bit plain, with just some old cupboards and a desk I bought second-hand many years ago. I spend most of my time here answering calls and cleaning my equipment after a long weekend of events. The lighting in the hallway is usually a bit dim, but once you’re inside my room, it’s bright enough to see what I'm doing. I don't have a big sign outside or anything, just the room number on the door. Sometimes the other people in the building complain if I turn the volume up too high while testing things, so I try to keep it down as much as possible. Vile Parle is a good area to be in, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a vada pav when I’m working late into the night. It’s not a glamorous office, but it’s where I get my work done.
