We've been at 222 Parekh Market for a while now. It's right by Kennedy Bridge in the Opera House area, so it gets pretty loud with all the traffic and horns outside. Inside the studio, it’s a different story. We spend most of our days staring at screens or fixing up displays for the customers who drop by. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight when things get really busy. The light in this part of the building isn't great, but we’ve got enough lamps to see what we are doing. People come in from the street asking for directions all the time because the market can be a bit like a maze if you aren't used to it. We keep our tools organized on the back wall, though by Friday afternoon, things usually look a bit messy. It’s just how it goes when you’re working on several things at once. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in, and there we are, usually sitting at the main desk. It's a solid place to work, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the ceiling is low. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Everyone around here is just trying to do their job and get home on time. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have big items coming in, but we always manage to make it work.
