Disco Phonic

Disco Phonic is located inside the Raheja Fitness Studio building. We are over on S K P Road in Malad East, right opposite the Diamond Market. It’s an interesting setup because we share the space with a gym, so you can often hear the thumping of treadmills while we are working on sound gear. We handle speakers, mixers, and all kinds of audio equipment. The office is usually full of wires and half-repaired amplifiers. Being across from the Diamond Market means the street is always packed with people and motorcycles. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a workbench and some shelves full of spare parts. Most people find us because they need someone to fix a sound system or provide music for a local gathering. We aren't a big electronics store; we are more like a workshop where things actually get repaired. We spend hours testing frequencies and making sure the bass sounds right. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the task at hand. We've been in Malad for a long time and have seen the shops around us change, but we stay right here with our cables and knobs. It’s a loud, messy, and busy way to spend the day, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't mind the noise from the gym; it kind of fits the vibe of the music.
