Dilip Arya

I am Dilip Arya and I work out of my place at 6/107, Patliputra Nagar. It’s in the Mhada buildings near the Oshiwara Depot in Jogeshwari West. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with the depot so close by. You can always hear the buses and the general bustle of people moving around. My office is a basic one. I don't see the point in having a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. I just have my desk and the things I need to do my job. Most of my work involves handling various local tasks and talking to people. I’ve been here for a good while and I know the neighborhood pretty well. I don't spend time on flashy slogans or promotional stuff. I just think that if you do your work properly, people will come back. Most of the people I work with are from around Jogeshwari or were sent my way by someone I know. The building is a typical Mhada structure, nothing special to look at, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. I keep my own records and handle my own calls. It can get a bit overwhelming when a lot of things happen at once, but I just take it one step at a time. It’s a plain, honest way of working and it suits my personality just fine. I try to stay organized but sometimes papers pile up. I usually get here early before the traffic at the depot gets too loud.
