Digvijay Express Pvt Ltd is based right on the ground floor of Phatia Niwas. That is at number 20 in the Fort area, specifically near Ghorpadi Bazaar. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for loading and unloading all the things we move. We handle packages and various goods, so being easily accessible is pretty important for us. The bazaar area is always crowded and noisy, which is just part of everyday life here. We have been in this spot for a while and the local vendors know us well. The office is basically just a big room with a counter and some space in the back for temporary storage. It is not the cleanest or the most modern place you will ever see, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to our drivers on their mobiles. Sometimes the heavy rain makes things difficult since the street can get a bit flooded. We just put the boxes up on wooden pallets to keep them dry and safe. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure things get delivered to the right place. Most people find us because they live or work in the Fort area. Ghorpadi Bazaar has a lot of energy and we like being right in the middle of it. It is a practical location for an express delivery business like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
