Our office is tucked away on the third floor of the Maina Gul Building in Andheri West. If you know the Konnakunte Cross area, you probably know where the Shiv Sena office is. We are located right across from that. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on in the street below. Inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of people typing and some humming from the server fans. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out various digital projects. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our desks and a small corner where we keep the coffee machine. Sometimes the rain makes the building look a bit old, but it’s a solid place to work every day. We end up staying late quite often when a project deadline is coming up fast. The internet can be moody, so we have a backup line just in case things go south. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and find us at our desks working. There’s a guy downstairs who sells really good Vada Pav, so that’s usually our lunch most days. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work in the digital world. Sometimes we argue about which design looks better, but it’s all just part of the job. We have been here for a couple of years now.
