Dhanuka Realators & Legal Services is based at 9 M.K. Amin Marg in Phase II of the GIDC Estate. We are in Building No 3, right near the Hanuman Temple. Being in an industrial estate means our surroundings are mostly factories and warehouses. Our office is where we handle a lot of the boring but necessary paperwork for property and legal matters. We have shelves full of thick files and documents that we have to go through. It’s not a fancy law firm with mahogany tables. It’s a simple office with some chairs and a lot of paper. People come to us when they are trying to figure out land deals or need help with some legal forms. We spend a lot of time explaining things to clients who are often stressed about their property issues. The walk to the Hanuman temple nearby is a nice break when things get too busy. We’ve been here for several years now, and the local business owners in the GIDC know us. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We just focus on getting the deeds and the contracts right so there are no problems later on for anyone involved.
