You can find us at the Ijmima Complex, just off Malad Link Road. Design Desk Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us sitting at our desks for most of the day. The complex is pretty big, so it took us a while to get settled in. We like being off Malad Link Road because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a cup of tea. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space. We have lots of monitors and chargers everywhere. It can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once. We don't really go for the corporate look. There are no suits here, just comfortable clothes and maybe some headphones. We spend a lot of time on digital stuff, but we still like to scribble things on paper first. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do work hard when we need to. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get through our to-do lists and do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a local business and we’re happy to be part of the community here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a nice bonus.
