Design Cell

So this is Design Cell. We are located over in Room Number 02 at Dhawle Chawl in Mumbai. It’s a busy area, as you probably know if you live around Maharashtra 400087. The space is a bit small, just a typical chawl room, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time at the drawing board or on the computer working on different designs. Being in Mumbai means there’s always noise outside and plenty of people moving around, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a very local operation. We aren't some big firm in a glass building. It’s just us in our little spot. Usually, the door is open to let a bit of a breeze in if it's not too dusty outside. We’ve been at this for some time now. Some days are busier than others. When a project comes in, we stay late and just drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely just see me or one of the other guys working. We try to keep things simple. No need for complicated stuff when a simple design works better. It's a decent place to work and we know the neighbors well. That's pretty much the story of our shop here.
