Kilitch Drugs is based out of Plot No. 37 in the Ujagar Industrial Estate. It’s right on W. T. Patil Marg. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no fluff here. We are a public company, so things are a bit more structured than a tiny shop, but we still keep it down to earth. We make various drug products, and that keeps the machines running almost all the time. You can hear the hum of the facility if you stand near the entrance. We have a lot of people working here, from the folks on the production floor to the ones in the back office handling the accounts. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep the communication simple. We aren't big on corporate jargon. We just talk about batches, deadlines, and quality checks. The traffic on W. T. Patil Marg can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we plan our shipments around that. It’s all about staying organized. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. But our focus stays the same—just making the products and getting them shipped out to the distributors. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we know.
