Delite Blossoms Caterers Pvt Ltd is based out of Goregaon West. We have our office in the Mercury Building, which is part of the Vasant Galaxy complex in Bangur Nagar. We are in room A-202 on the second floor. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it stays pretty active. We started this catering business because we enjoy the process of preparing food for people. We aren't a massive corporation, just a private limited company that works on a local level. Most of our work happens in the kitchen, but the office in Vasant Galaxy is where we handle the bookings and the planning. It can get a bit hectic when there are multiple events on the same day. We just try to keep everything sorted out. Bangur Nagar is a good location for us to reach different parts of the city. We’ve been in the Mercury Building for some time now and the neighbors are alright. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our name around Goregaon. We just do our best to get the food right and deliver it when it’s needed. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on weekends. We are just regular people trying to run a decent catering service for the neighborhood. It’s a simple business without any big corporate talk.
