Delicieuxx Chocolates

We are located in Andheri West in unit 501. It’s a bit of a climb but the view of the neighborhood is alright from the window. Delicieuxx Chocolates is really just a small operation where we focus on making small batches. We don't have a massive factory or a big retail storefront that you see from the street. Most of our work happens in this one main room where we have all the temperate controls set up. It gets quite cramped when we have a big order to finish and there are trays everywhere you look. We often lose track of time when we are working on new recipes and suddenly it’s dark outside. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew so we spend the last hour of every day scrubbing the counters ourselves. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the chocolate gets on everything, including our clothes. We aren't polished people and this isn't a polished business. We just really enjoy the process of making something from scratch. We’ve had some mishaps along the way like the time the cooling system failed in the middle of May. We learned from it and kept going. People find us mostly by word of mouth because we don't do much advertising. We just hope that if someone tries what we make, they’ll tell a friend. That’s been enough to keep us going so far and we're okay with that.
