Delhi Sweet & Bhelpuri House

Delhi Sweet & Bhelpuri House is located on 50 Feet Road at the 16th Main intersection in Malad West. It’s a busy corner, and there is always noise from the rickshaws and cars passing by. We’ve got the sweet counters on one side and the bhelpuri station on the other. It gets a bit cramped when the evening rush starts around six o'clock. We don't have a lot of help, just a few of us who have been working together for years. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the construction on 50 Feet Road, but we try to keep it clean. We spend our mornings frying and mixing things to get ready for the day. Malad West is a big place, but this little corner feels like its own world. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like a big chain. It’s just a local shop where we do things the way we’ve always done them. People come in for a quick bite and then go on their way. We don't have any air conditioning, just a few fans that move the air around. It’s a bit hot in the summer, but no one seems to mind much. We just focus on the food and keeping the trays full. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we are used to it by now. We finish the cleanup late at night before heading home to do it again.
