DBRE India Private Limited is based out of Khar West. Our office is in the Mangal Gyan Building on 12th Road, which is right near the telephone exchange. If you know the area, it’s a pretty well-known landmark. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on our daily tasks and handling whatever work comes through the door. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—nothing too flashy or over the top. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. Working in Khar is interesting because there is always something happening outside on the street. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one that gets the job done for our clients. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we still show up and do what needs to be done. We deal with various business matters that require a lot of attention to detail and patience. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our work and we take it seriously. Most of the people here have been with us for a bit, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or glossy brochures. We would rather just focus on the actual projects we have on our desks. If you are walking down 12th Road, that is where you will find us working.
