Daisy Jafrani Model Advertising Service operates out of A 31 Sandesh Building, which is off Link Road in Malad West. We’re in the Sangam Nagar area, not too far from Ryan International School, so there's always a bit of a rush during the mornings and afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. The office is where we handle all the paperwork and meetings for the advertising work we do. It’s not a huge studio space or anything like that, just a regular office setup with some desks and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through portfolios and looking at pictures. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on emails, while other days the place is full of people coming in for meetings. We’ve been in this building for some time and it feels like a second home to most of us. The air conditioner hums in the background and we usually have some snacks sitting on the table. It is a straightforward business, really. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things organized. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big deadline, but that is just part of how things go in this line of work.
