We are based in Dadar West, specifically at No. 28 in the Ashish Industrial Estate on Gokhale Road. If you are looking for us, it’s best to find the Zandu Pharmacy first, as we are right near there. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not really a place for window shopping. It’s a working space where we make various types of apparel. The building is old and the elevator doesn't always work, so we often end up taking the stairs. Inside our unit, it’s quite noisy because we have several machines running at the same time. There are piles of fabric and thread everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze to move around when we have a big shipment ready to go. We aren't a retail shop where everything is laid out nicely. It’s more of a workshop feel. We have a small desk for paperwork, but it’s usually covered in fabric samples. The staff has been with us for a long time, and we all just get on with the work. Dadar is a hectic place to be, but it’s central for everything we need. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office. We just focus on getting the sewing done and sending the orders out on time. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’ve been doing it this way for years.
