D S Wibe Sound Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the third floor of Keshav Bhavan. We are located on L J Road, right across from Hari Niwas in the Shivaji Park area. This is a great part of town, though finding parking can be a real struggle some days. We deal mostly with sound equipment and setups. Our office is often filled with cables, speakers, and amplifiers that need testing. It can get pretty loud in here when we are checking the gear. We have been doing this for several years now. We are not the type to wear suits or give polished presentations. Most of the time, we are in t-shirts and jeans because we are moving heavy speakers around. We provide sound for all kinds of gatherings. Shivaji Park is a hub for activity, so we are often working on things nearby. We know our equipment inside and out. If a microphone stops working or a speaker starts buzzing, we know how to fix it on the spot. We do not use a lot of marketing talk. We just tell people what gear they need for the size of their room and then we go and set it up. It is honest work and we take it seriously because nobody wants the sound to cut out in the middle of a speech. We have learned a lot over the years about acoustics and how sound moves in different spaces. It is a practical business for us. (258 words)
