If you’ve been to this part of Mumbai, you know how packed it gets with people, carts, and trucks. The building we are in is quite old, with the kind of stairs that have been worn down over decades. Our office is a straightforward place. We’ve got wooden desks that have seen better days and tall cupboards full of ledgers and files. It’s a very traditional setup. There’s no air conditioning in the hallways, just the old fans humming away inside. The noise from the street is constant—horns, people shouting, and the sound of goods being loaded. It’s a gritty, hardworking neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy branding or modern decor. We’ve been here for a long time, and we do things the way they’ve always been done. Most of our business is based on long-term relationships with people who have been coming to this area for years. We handle our daily trade and paperwork in this small space. It gets very hot in the afternoons, but that’s just part of being in Masjid. We don't have a website or any of that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. It’s an honest way to make a living in a busy part of town.
